Leadership That Moves Forward

NOT A POLITICIAN. A BUILDER.

Politicians study problems. Lawyers argue about them. Builders fix them.

I’ve started five companies from scratch, built them, scaled them, and made them work. My entire career has been about seeing a problem nobody’s solving, building something that solves it, and delivering a result you can measure.

Politicians study problems. Lawyers argue about them. Builders fix them. That's the difference. I don't care about the press release. I care if the traffic light works. I care if your street is safe. I care if your rent makes sense. I care if you open a small business, you stay in business.

District 11 doesn't need another person who’s comfortable in the system. It needs someone who’s going to make the system WORK FOR YOU.

24 Plans. 5 Promises.

MY PLAN

Other candidates give you talking points. I'm giving you a business plan for District 11, with metrics, timelines, and public dashboards so you can hold me accountable.

Every plan tackles a specific problem with a concrete solution and a clear metric.
You’ll see the data. You’ll see the progress.

Accountability built in.

BORN HERE .
LOST EVERYTHING HERE.
FIGHTING FOR HERE.

THE CITY LIED.
I PROVED IT.

WHY I'M RUNNING

On January 7th, 2025, the Palisades fire took my home and everything I owned. When the city claimed it wasn’t a rekindling from the January 1st fire, I didn’t accept it. I didn’t hire a lobbyist. I didn’t wait for a politician to investigate.

I did it myself. I wrote a 120-page investigation that changed the entire narrative, pushing the ATF and DOJ to confirm what the city refused to admit: the fire was a rekindling that was never put out.

The incumbent had every opportunity to exercise her authority as a councilwoman and request that the LAFD pre-deploy staged engines where the January 1st fire had been, just days before the catastrophic January 7th blaze. She didn’t. She admitted she wasn’t even part of those conversations. And six months earlier, the City Council, with her vote,  slashed $17.6 million from the fire department budget. That’s not leadership. That’s negligence.
