Meanwhile, contractors close lanes for miles with no workers in sight. I will fine contractors who block lanes with no active crew, and pilot smart signals that actually see traffic in real-time and turn green when nobody's coming. My sensors shapes, not plates. THE TRASH SLA

Vehicle Dwelling
The City tried to tow hazardous RVs and a judge blocked it because they botched the legal paperwork. I will fix the Joint Powers Agreement with the County so we can legally act, open safe parking lots in industrial zones with sewage hookups, and then strictly enforce residential protections.
